Pranic Healing Session

A Pranic Healing session is conducted without physical touch and follows specific steps:

The session begins with an initial discussion, where the practitioner talks with the recipient to understand the issue they are facing, their physical and emotional state, and any psychological influences. The practitioner then scans the recipient's energy body to detect any imbalances or blockages in the energy field. Once identified, the practitioner clears negative or stagnant energies that may be causing the problems, all without physical contact. After the cleansing process, fresh, vital energy (prana) is infused into the energy field to boost the recipient's natural healing process. At the end of the session, the practitioner may offer guidance on maintaining energy balance and daily energy care.

The session is painless, safe, lasts about 30-60 minutes, and can be conducted either in person or remotely.

Before our Therapy session, take some time to take a shower, to relax your body and leave all the thoughts and responsibilities on the side (as possible). Find a quite place where you feel relaxed and secure to open your heart.

Firstly you discuss with your therapist what troubles you. We need to bring all these blockages and imbalances to the surface.

Take the steps to Cleansing
The Therapist can now work on your energy field. Take a step back, lay down, close your eyes and meditate. Follow our instructions and image a place or an activity that makes you happy. Don't hesitate to focus on the details.

Is that all?
After the cleansing process, in your body flows fresh prana energy. The big change is close but not yet to come. You need to guide it (use it) in that way to rebuild your previous ways.
